Our New Take-Away/Delivery Service

Your messages of support from our previous posts have been totally overwhelming. Thank you so much!
Though we still can’t safely open our doors just yet, we’ve hatched a bit of an interim plan: From Wednesday 13th May, we’re starting our new collection and delivery service – through our trusty serving hatch!
So, you can pre-order chocolates from our ‘5-a-Day Specials’ list, or from one of our ‘Daily Meal Deals’ from the Upstairs Restaurant. All you need to do is watch out for our daily offers on our Facebook page, then contact us via email at bevjones@charlotteschocolates.com with your order.
You can then collect from the serving hatch outside Charlotte’s Chocolates between 12 & 2pm the following day – observing all the latest social distancing rules.
You can also buy take-away drinks and ice creams then from us then too.
The ‘Hatch’ will be open from Wednesday through to Sunday, 12-2pm each day, until we can finally and safely re-open our doors.
If you want to order chocolates to be delivered (in the Buxton area) or to be mailed (elsewhere in the UK) then email us your telephone number and we’ll contact you asap to discuss your order.
It’s been a difficult few months for everyone and we’d just like to do a little bit to help. It will also mean that – fingers and toes crossed – small businesses, like ours, might just survive.
